Norway’s Think City Goes 110 miles on One Charge
The Norwegians are on to something. Think Global is the company and Think City is their electric car that can go 110 miles without a recharge. Apart from meeting all US and European safety standards, the two-seater also packs very good performances and tops at 65mph.

Assembled in Southern California, Think City will be sold for less than $25K and the company “could be selling as many as 50,000 units in two or three years.”
Think Chief Executive Jan-Olaf Willums said test vehicles will be brought to the U.S. in coming months. He also said that a convertible Think City model, is in development. Can you imagine wind blowing through your hair at 65mph, without harming the environment?
Now if they could just come up with a better name…
Here’s a quick pictures gallery if you still need to be convinced !!! (thanks to mr.frego)

I’m disturbed by that line “without harming the environment?” No car is completely environmentally friendly yet. You must consider the parts that go into the car and the energy it took to produce those parts. Plus there’s the electricity that goes into the car.
kick ass….
looks great.in the us however most of our electricity comes from burning coal(not good) if you had solar or wind to recharge it .it’s perfect!
Just a correction, the Aptera 300 mpg car is a reality that will begin delivery in California this October (2008). It was developed in 5 years! Take that you world crushing, government bribing, corporate automotive/petroleum monsters.
Scott,
Don’t forget that not all cities run off of coal. Look at Las Vegas. I would hope that these car makers are considering solar powered roofs so that at least a little charge can take place while drivers are not using the car. Maybe a solar roof with an additional solar sun visor.
The San Francisco Chronicle or the San Jose Mercury newspaper said in there articles about you that the Think car could go 220 miles between charging. Could it be that around town driving at slower speeds?
