McCain will be the winner in the presidential debate in Nashville when it comes to clean coal, pounding Obama (not your diamond in the rough) into a smoldering ember ready to burn out in a matter of weeks.

It won’t matter what the two say or do during the debate, the media will present Obama as the leading candidate, the winner by a slight margin.

Every media outlet will look for a survey until they find one with the results that they want to put the lump of coal, um, Obama into the lead.

Truth be told, McCain will lead America to energy independence…hopefully before he dies, which is not that far off. Obama will talk enough hot air to contribute to the global warming cycle.

Clean coal is an alternative to America’s dependence on foreign fossil fuels. There is enough coal underground in the US to keep us going for a long long time. Oil, too for that matter. Ask Sarah Palin. Ask the North Dakotans.

In any event, the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE) will be on-site in Nashville will be on site for the Presidential debate. But will, they find that McCain is the winner? Not if you read mainstream media. Rather, watch the debate and decide for yourself. That’s what I’ll be doing.
