I applaud Google's efforts at RE<C. TOTAL societial costs must be taken into account. It is only a matter of time before Americans wise up and go on an energy diet and start consuming healthy electrons and living our lives as if the planet and future generations depended on it. What is so special about Google is that they are assisting in making clean energy economically viable. Some will go to alternative sources for the good of the planet. All will go there if it makes economic sense. Remember the stone age did not end because we ran out of stones. Why wait until we run out of oil or coal to end their hold on our economy and planet?
