‘Ugly’ Sprout Watch is really eco-friendly

Sprout Watch is through and through meant for green freaks whose environmental consciousness has long replaced luxurious aesthetics in terms of beauty while determining a purchase. This seemingly ugly timepiece, if I may call it so, is definitely an excellent creation that scores full marks on green quotient in terms of design and material.  The sprout watch designed by  is actually an environment friendly product made from bio-degradable corn resin case and bezel. The dial supports mineral crystal lens instead of plastic. It has an organic cotton strap, runs on a mercury free battery, and comes in entirely recycled packaging. While the watch is 86% eco-friendly by weight, which is a lot, its’ actually negligible on the pocket at just $30.
