It’s been at least a week now since I heard about a Harry Potter theme park in Orlando. At first I thought it’s something small that has all sorts of books and wax figures to resemble with what the movie had to offer, but then I found out it’s quite big and magical — capable to charm and delight, not only the kids, but even adults, like you or me.
The theme park opened its gates some 3 weeks ago (June 18th) and although I didn’t got the time to visit it, a good friend of mine already wrote about the amazing experience it is. Stephanie listened to her nephews, aged 11 and 13, about the wizardly world that the Harry Potter theme park in Orlando has to offer.
“Based on the wildly popular book series written by J.K. Rowling, the Harry Potter theme park literally brings the magic to life. And it was a good gamble for Universal Studios, even with the recession. It seems that Potter mania will never die – from books, movies and video games, toy wands and robes, to creative Harry Potter Legos, you can feed your wizarding hunger in many ways!”, she said.
I don’t know about you folks, but I am a HP fan and would really like to check out the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, the Dragon Challenge or the Flight of the Hippogriff.
