The thirty room hotel is located in the Cappadocia region of Turkey which has numerous sites where living spaces had been carved out of the soft limestone cliffs centuries ago.

This hotel site underwent extensive grounds improvement and cleanup by the year 2000. The renovation equipped the caves with all amenities required for modern living including Wi-Fi, plumbing for modern bathrooms, lights etc.

Each of the underground rooms, which were caves earlier, have been transformed into abodes of leisure and have Ottoman antiques gracing the interiors. Each of them also has a personal spa and patio overlooking the centuries old landscape.

The interiors of the rooms have immense old-style charm, with a host of intricate hand carved details in the rock walls, nooks, arches and windows.

The other rooms of the hotel are located in the reclaimed 19th century mansion that sits adjacent to the hills inside which the cave houses are located.

The cave rooms are immensely appealing thanks to the silence they inherently possess, and the due to the fact that they maintain an even comfortable temperature regardless of how hot the weather is.
