Mercedes SLS AMG E-Cell to Go into Production (Video)
Mercedes SLS AMG E-Cell will be soon into production as the company has confirmed their official plans. The proposed model is said to mimic the leaked, teased and test-driven prototype model that was tested by David Coulthard.

Coming under “AMG Performance 2015” strategy, the car will bear a 48 kWh lithium-ion battery which makes the four synchronous electric motors to deliver a combined output of 392 kW (526 bhp / 533 PS) and 880 Nm (649 lb-ft) of torque.
LED headlights, a wider radiator grille, a revised hood, and a more aggressive rear diffuse will be incorporated into the upcoming SLS AMG E-Cell. It will get an aggressive looks with the 10 spoke alloys, the matte black accents and the extendable front splitter.
Nappa leather upholstery, Alcantara accents, and a new instrument cluster will be seen in the interiors and the car will also feature a revised center console with 25cm (9.8-inch) touchscreen display.
The company has revealed it will be bringing out more models in the coming years with the capacity to deliver better performance with lower fuel consumption.
