The company has long been famous for making the gorgeous 8C Competizione counterpart. However, not even a single time did it focus on anything other than improving the performance of the car. Here, the brand new 4C is an exception!

Alfa Romeo 4C weighs around 1,874 pounds and needs just 241 horsepower to accelerate from 0-60 in under 5 seconds. Remember the 8C variant required double the horsepower for the same.

The lightweight vehicle is powered by a 1750 TBi engine with around 180kW.
The 4C concept presents the classic formula of the two-seater, rear-wheel drive coupe with its engine at the centre, a length of about four meters and a wheelbase of less than 2.4m. These dimensions serve to emphasize the compact size of the car and to accentuate its agility.

The 4C concept draws on technology and materials from the 8C Competizione – carbon, aluminium, rear-wheel drive and components lifted from other Alfa models like the 1750 turbo petrol engine with direct injection.

It is not everyday that we find a super-efficient car as beautiful as the 4C!
