BMW i3 and i Pedelec Concepts Updated
BMW has introduced an updated i3 concept, and the upgraded version has been shown as part of its BMW iPark Lane opening celebrations. This model apart, the carmaker also unveiled its new i Pedelec concept.

Specs of the new variants are stunning. The latest variant of i3 is based on its original version. The major difference would be the revamped interior. It looks like the carmaker is moving on the eco-lifestyle path.
The interior sports renewable materials and comprises eucalyptus wood trim as well as wool or naturally-tanned leather seats.
The automobile comes with an electric motor that produces 170 PS (125 kW / 168 hp) and 250 Nm (170 lb-ft) of torque.
The acceleration from 0-100 km/h takes place in less than eight seconds. The top speed is of 150 km/h (93 mph).
Meanwhile, the new i Pedelec concept has an electric hub motor that produces 250 W and 20 Nm (15 lb-ft) of torque. The battery is of 42V lithium-manganese, it can be fully recharged in 1.5 hours with a rapid charger or 4 hours with a household outlet.
The frame of the i Pedelec is a foldable one made of aluminium and carbon fibre.
