Brutus Electric Cruiser by December-end
Chris Bell, after coming up with the Brutus all-electric retro cruiser, decided that he could better things up. He did so by building a stripped down version 2.0, which is more beastly with lithium batteries and a much powerful driveline. The good news is that, Bell Custom Cycles will be building bikes for paying customers and the first five bikes will hit the road by Christmas.

To get the Brutus, one needs to empty up pockets as this hand built in cruiser begins at $45000, along with a weekend trip to the company’s headquarters in Nevadafor a client specific customization session.
Every Brutus will have a different maximum range and expect at minimum a 100 mile range. It also offers 50000 miles with minimal maintenance, with tires and brake pads, being the items to be replaced most.
The battery packs are optimized and stands up to the demands of the performance goals of the customer.
The gears could be shifted without deploying the clutch, and you can speed up or slow down by using the 5-speed mechanical gear box.
A liquid cooled programmable motor keeps to the voltage to the entire system in constant check.
The bottom line is that Brutus helps to commute through today’s tough traffic and with its upright riding position one feels very comfortable. The goal of this amazing bike is to enjoy the ride, and get to destination safely.
