Lotus to Introduce Evora 414E Hybrid Prototype at Goodwood
Lotus will introduce Evora 414E Hybrid prototype at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The car was first showcased as a concept at the Paris Motor Show in 2010.

Evora 414E has two electric motors resulting in a combined out put of 414 PS (304 kW / 408 hp) and 1000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque. This is two-and-a-half times the amount of torque compared to its predecessor.
The car accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in approximately four seconds. It can hit a top speed of 130 mph (209 km/h) and travel up to 30 miles (48 km) on electricity alone.
A three-cylinder engine-generator will power the electric motors directly, in case the batteries become low. The model is expected to have CO2 emissions of approximately 55 g/km.
