Lincoln knows that it will have to woo customers with new offerings if it wants to turn the corner. The company has just announced that the 2013 MKZ will be priced from $35,925 and that the car will go on sale in the US this fall.
The vehicle has got interior nicely done. It features leather seats, wood trim, a digital instrument cluster and MyLincoln Touch.
The optional features include heated or cooled seats, GPS navigation, 700 watt audio system.
A retractable glass roof, priced from $2,995, also comes under this category. The front wheel drive is standard.
The model offers three different engines. The 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder produces 240 hp (179 kW / 243 PS) and 366 Nm (270 lb-ft) of torque. The 3.7-liter V6 cranks out 300 hp (224 kW/ 304 PS).
The third one is a hybrid variant. It comes at a price of $35,925. This version features a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine. It produces a combined output of 188 hp (140 kW / 191 PS) and 175 Nm (129 lb-ft) of torque.
