You can ride the much spoken about Citi Bikes as a part of the bike sharing program that has been launched of late. This Citi Bike program will be open to annual members in parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Other locations will be charted out later on. Daily and weekly members can get access to these bikes, starting June.
With the official launch of Citi Bike NYC sharing program on, the first Citi Bike stations have been flagged off in Manhattan and Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy.
If you haven’t received your keys even after registering as an annual member, Citi Bike has also set up a pick-up station for keys on the south side of Union Square in Manhattan.
For issues relating to key activation, password resets and the like, you just need to dial 1-855-BIKE-311 or mail at email@example.com.
Annual membership subscription fee is $95, while that for daily and weekly it is $95 and $25 respectively.
Annual subscription members can ride for an unlimited 45 minutes or less compared to 30 minutes or less for both daily and weekly subscribers.
