An entry-level model is being readied by Tesla and the new car is expected to drive in within three or four years. Significant is the fact that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has placed all our anxiety at a higher level by saying that the new Tesla will be a much better car than the Nissan Leaf.
The new car is expected to come with a range of approximately 200 miles (322 km). With the Model S too compelling but expensive and the Nissan Leaf cheap but “not great”, Tesla’s strategy seems to be fixing this problem for customers.
The thought process has resulted in lining up a compelling and affordable electric vehicle that would cost less than $40,000 (€30,915).
Musk believes that the new upcoming entry level model would be a much essential add on to the roads.
We need to wait to see how the story develops from now on. After all a Leaf beating Tesla vehicle needs to be seen with all its importance, right? So tell us do you really think this strategy would work out for Tesla? Do not hesitate to scribble in your thoughts.
