Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to field first in the big final of the T20 World Cup being played in Dhaka on Sunday, March 6, 2014.
The rain delayed the toss today and even though a spare day has been reserved tomorrow in case if the match is watched out, full 20 over match is ON.
There is no Shikar Dhawan in the Indian squad today. Follow the Ind vs SL live scores and highlights here.
The final XI are as below:

India:Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, , R Ashwin, Amit Mishra, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja and Mohit Sharma.
These two teams battled it out in the 2011 ICC World Cup final in Mumbai which was comfortably won by India. Once again India go into the Finals as the favourites while Sri Lanka are very much the underdogs.

The weather is not promising for this Final with a possibility of showers. However, there will be a reserve day tomorrow for the final. The pitch could take turn but it is likely to be a batting paradise.
Sri Lanka are into the Finals after overcoming defending West Indies in a rain-interrupted clash in the Semi Finals at this same venue. In the group stage, Sri Lanka defeated South Africa, Netherlands, then lost to England and won against New Zealand. Spin has been their main weapon along with the yorkers of Lasith Malinga.
Rangana Herath came up with a magical spell to power the Lankans into the Semis while it was Malinga who won the Semi-Finals for the Lankans with key wickets. In the batting department, all the players have worked into some form. This will be the last ever T20I for the experienced duo of Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara, so expect something special from either of them.
India go into the Finals undefeated. They won all their four league games and in the semis, Team India chased a high target against South Africa.
Virat Kohli has been in sensational form and will he manage to come up with another knock remains to be seen. Skipper MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh are the other key players to contain for the Lankan bowlers.
In the bowling department, India will bank on R Ashwin’s ability to curtail the batsmen. Amit Mishra and Ravindra Jadeja will have to do better than what they did in the semis.
Team India could retain the same XI that defeated South Africa although we cannot rule out Mohammed Shami replacing Mohit Sharma. Sri Lanka could make one change possibly with Thisara Perera coming back in the place of Seekkuge Prasanna given the fact that India plays spin really well.
