Green Cart Deli, the recently opened mobile cart restaurant, not only provides exotic meals but also exhibits a line up of excellent ‘green’ features that make it different. The eatery opened by Brad Kossover uses a solar powered cart and serves food on renewable, recyclable, biodegradable or compostable materials only.
